Terms of Service

1. The service

Relayr lets you schedule SMS messages in a calendar. The messages are sent by your own phone: automatically by a connected Android phone, or by an Apple Shortcut on iPhone that you run or automate.

Relayr is currently free. We may add paid options in the future; we will never charge you without your explicit agreement.

2. Your account

Give a real email address, keep your password and device keys private, and tell us if you think your account was accessed by someone else. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You may message only people you have the right to contact, for example your customers about their appointments, renewals or payments, or people who agreed to receive your messages.

You may not use Relayr for spam, unsolicited marketing without consent, phishing, fraud, harassment, threats, illegal content, impersonation, or to break any law, including the GDPR and Romanian Law 506/2004 on electronic communications.

You may not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of Relayr, or create accounts automatically.

4. Your content and recipients' data

You own the messages and contacts you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service.

You are the controller of your recipients' personal data and are responsible for having a legal basis to message them and for the content of your messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process this data on your behalf.

5. SMS costs and delivery

SMS are sent through your phone and mobile plan; any charges from your carrier are yours.

Delivery depends on your phone being on and connected, on Android and iOS behaviour, on third-party apps (SMS Gateway for Android, Apple Shortcuts) and on mobile networks. On iPhone, messages go out only when the Shortcut runs. We do not guarantee that every message is delivered or delivered at an exact time — check the Statistics page for messages that were not sent.

6. Third-party services

Relayr relies on Cloudflare, Brevo, SMS Gateway for Android, Apple Shortcuts and the Cherri Playground. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Relayr available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; for important changes we will give reasonable notice.

8. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, especially for spam or abuse, and may do so without notice where needed to protect recipients or the service.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, or for messages that were not sent, sent late or sent to a wrong number you entered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for important changes, tell account holders by email. Continuing to use Relayr after the change means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to solve any issue amicably — write to contact@open4growth.com. Consumers keep the protections of the law in their country and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
